Shipping Information

Standard shipping rates are just $9.99 + $0.25 per item ordered. Monthly FREE SHIPPING codes are offered to our Newsletter subscribers …and it’s free to sign up!

Orders will typically be shipped same day for receipt within 2-5 business days, for all in stock and non-customized items. Items that may require shipment from our venders, may take slightly longer. Normal business days are Tuesday through Saturday, 9AM to 6PM MST. Normal business hours do not apply to holidays and may potentially extend shortly before or after a holiday, as Counter Strike Supply Company affords its employees and staff additional time to be with their families as much as possible around the holidays.

For orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico will incur an additional shipping fee of $25.00. Standard shipping rates, and free shipping rates, do not apply for these areas.

Heavy (20LBS or more) or bulky items (any item that is 24” or more) will incur an additional shipping fee of $25.00

Shipping delays may occur when:

§  Item(s) need custom personalization or alteration.

§  Item(s) are shipped directly from a manufacturer(s).

§  Item(s) are on back order from a manufacture(s).

§  Shipment is destined for a U.S. Territory or contains a Military Shipping Code (APO/FPO, etc.)

If you need your shipment quicker, please call us at 208.380.2210, we would be happy to work with you to locate a quicker option with either USP or USPS, assess if a rush order is available for your specific item, and base each avenue around your preference and desired budget. Rush service and rush deliveries may incur additional charges and fees.   

Counter Strike Supply Company will not ship outside of the United States, nor will it use forward freight carriers to do so; unless the shipment is being sent to a United States territory, or a US military base/installation, and will only do so under all applicable federal, state and international shipping laws.

Counter Strike Supply Company will only process shipments, as in accordance with all applicable local, federal and international laws.


Returns & Exchanges

For returns and exchanges related to matters covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, contact the manufacturer directly. If you need assistance, please contact us at 208.380.2210, and we would be happy to help Coordinate you with the proper manufacturer, and their contact Information and return procedures.

Refunds and exchanges made through Counter Strike Supply Company must meet each of the following requirements, in order to Receive refund: a product defect(s) is present, which was of no fault of the Purchaser or their Environment; The manufacturer of said product(s) refuses or is unable to replace or repair said product(s); Said product(s) were purchased no more than 60 days prior to refund request; Said product(s) Original product Packaging is still intact; Said product(s) and product(s) Original product packaging are returned to Counter Strike Supply Company. 

Refunds will be returned to the payment method you used to place your order.

The following are non-refundable: Custom Works Orders (anything the was manufactured or altered by Counter Strike Supply Company); Custom Fitted products; Shipping Fee's; Clearanced Product(s).

Returned shipping fee's will be the Responsibility of the purchaser/Returning Party.
